Cynthia M. Lummis is United States Senator from Wyoming and one of the most prominent congressional voices on crypto-asset legislation. Senator Lummis co-sponsored the GENIUS Act (Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act of 2025), the federal stablecoin regulatory framework that took effect in the US stablecoin landscape.
